Healthy Soul is edited by health journalist Frances Ive

frances-2016In my job I get to meet some fascinating people who are experts in their field and have a refreshing and inspiring approach to health issues. Healthy Soul aims to share this information with you, and enable you to make more choice about your health and wellbeing, without having to totally rely on doctors and prescriptions.

The information provided is no substitute for medical advice, but aims to help people to attain and maintain good health and wellbeing, without niggling ailments and aches and pains.

I have been a freelance journalist and PR consultant since the 1980s. My interest in complementary medicine led to my articles being published in The Daily Express, The Times, The Guardian, Sunday Mirror, Good Housekeeping, (former) Here’s Health, Natural Health, Healthy, and many more magazines and websites.

I was the proud winner of the Potter’s Herbal Medicine Journalist of the Year, and also completed the Bioforce Phytotherapy Course with Distinction!
